Matt Leugers is a native of Celina, OH and has lived in the Noblesville area since 2018. Matt has been married since 2020 and has 2 dogs. He has 4 years of experience in the construction industry and attends conferences and trainings to keep up to date with the most modern products and building practices. Matt loves the process as a whole from the first step of meeting with the customer to bringing their vision to life and seeing the joy their new space brings them. In his free time, Matt enjoys being outside with his favorite hobbies being golfing and sand volleyball.
Retired United States Marine Justin McDonald specializes in customer relations and business development. He is a native of Noblesville, IN and a 2013 graduate of Marian University with a degree in Business. Justin has been happily married since 2013 and has two children. He has over 15 years experience in the Indiana landscaping industry. Justin loves connecting with customers while working on projects and seeing their thrill with the final product. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys competing in strongman competitions in his free time.
